Shipping policy
We ship on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays unless there are Public holidays, in which case we'll ship the next day.
Processing time
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies.
- 3D-Painted Figures, Buildings, Terrain and Vehicles: We manufacture all physical 3D-printed items to order to keep costs down; therefore, processing times may vary depending on the volume of orders. For example, based on the printing queue, it might take 7 to 21 working days to Paint large orders.
We use the Royal Mail for deliveries.
UK Standard delivery
1-5 working days
International Delivery
We are no longer signed up to take tax for international orders as the system does not work yet and we have incured further charges doing this, The buyer is resposable for any customs charges.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I label the packages according to customs requirements and provide accurate data. we are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Please ensure that all shipping information you provide to us is accurate. We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses as a result of delay, and other losses caused by incorrect shipping information that customers have provided.
